WHO WE ARE

World Services LLC is an IT engineering, solutions and management consulting firm that delivers leading edge information management and information technology services to a wide variety of government and commercial clients. We are an 8(a) certified and Services – Disabled Veteran – Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), established in 2010 and headquarted in Alexandria, Virginia. World Services offers a wide variety of IT services to support enterprises at every level. These include Management Consulting, Cloud Architecture, Software Development, Agile Implementation, Data Science and Analytics, Systems Engineering, and Cyber Security services.

World Services success is built upon a proactive, customer – centric, transparent, and best pra ctices – based approach which incorporates continuous process improvement. Our processes reflect over 35 years of management experience in supporting Federal, State and Local Government, and commercial clients. Our commitment to quality delivery of technology and services is backed by the ISO 9000 certified and CMMI Level 3 in Services and Development to ensure quality framework of policies, tools, and procedures. This is one of the factors that enables our company as an ISO certified and CMMI Level 3 rated small business to deliver consistent, scalable solutions to the Federal, State and Local Government, and commercial clients. Our quality processes ensure our customers receive shorter lead time, delivery reliab ility, and consistent, high quality services and product s that organizations can rely upon.

Executive Team

Shueyb Ali

President, PMP

Ali founded World Services, LLC in 2010 to create an organization that focuses on a commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and client mission and to provide a place for professionals to flourish and develop creatively and intellectually. As the President and CEO, Ali provides leadership over World Services' vision and oversees solutions and services to both commercial and Federal government clients. He presides over all programs, plans, and strategies that drive the company to meet its operational goals, which has resulted in multiple Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications that drive quality in every process. Through his leadership, he delivers leading-edge services, drives high client satisfaction, and maintains employee welfare. He ensures that World Services core values are implemented in all policies, processes. and procedures as well as reflected in all World Services employees.

Ali served in the Air Force for 10 years, where he advanced as an authentic, compassionate, and visionary leader. In addition to being an Air Force veteran, Ali has been providing technology solutions, project management, executive leadership, and business development for the past 20 years. He has a successful track record in facilitating business growth and delivering quality services to customers. Prior to starting World Services Ali worked as a Director of IT Engineering, where he assisted the organization in acquiring a $25 million contract. As a former Vice President of a Small Business firm, Ali grew a company from infancy to $30 million in fewer than five years. Ali is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Strategic Manager through Harvard University. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies. Ali is also a graduate of Harvard University with a Masters of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a concentration in Management.

Dr. Clara B. Lee

COO, PMP

Clara joined World Services in 2016 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and she is responsible for all business strategies, partnerships, and corporate operations. She sets key operational and development goals and manages how the company pursues and achieves those goals. She is the company’s primary teaming partner liaison and establishes key relationships with all potential business partners and clients. Clara oversees the management of all internal operations, including Human Resources, Contracts, and Compliance. Dr. Lee possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between business and technical perspectives and utilize best practice leadership strategies to propel individuals and teams to peak levels of performance.

Clara is an Air Force veteran. Clara has been providing executive management, business development, and program and project management for 30 years. Her background includes managing 50+ member teams in support of Department of Defense (DoD), federal civilian, and non-profit initiatives. She has proven capable in managing business operations and growth while ensuring quality service delivery. Clara is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Thrive DC.

World Services is proud partner of Thrive DC for over four years. Our COO, Dr. Clara Lee, actively serves on their Board of Directors. Thrive DC is a non-profit organization that works to prevent and end homelessness in Washington, DC by providing vulnerable people with a wide range of services to help stabilize their lives. We feel honored to contribute to Thrive DC, as we know they are currently serving over 250 people a day and over 153,000 meals annually.

World Services has been a proud sponsor of Bridges to Independence SAFE AT HOME Kickball Tournament for over four years. The SAFE AT HOME Kickball Tournament is a friendly and fun competition to raise money to support families overcoming homelessness. Bridges to Independence provides these families and those at risk of becoming homeless with skills, knowledge, and community networks in hopes of becoming self-sufficient. Bridges to Independence does not just educate the adults, but they also focus on children. They believe preparing children with the correct knowledge and tools for financial stability, career counseling, and youth development will ultimately break the inter-generational cycle of poverty.
